The ICT Corporate Delivery Team provides the eHealth engagement and delivery function across HSE Corporate Services. The importance of providing the right digital tools and ICT capability is recognised as a key enabler of healthcare transformation and the team are actively involved in delivering eHealth projects in this area.

The Team:

• Provide programme and project management support for a range of approved programmes and projects across Corporate Services ensuring best practice is ingrained in all aspects of delivery including robust governance processes.

• Manage the pipeline of new Corporate Services requests for eHealth solutions incorporating overall solution design and implementation approach.

• Provide operational support to a range of eHealth solutions deployed across Corporate Services.

Our key stakeholders are spread right across the HSE and include key services such as:

• National Estates

• Procurement

• Digital and Communications

• Quality and Patient Safety

• Compliance and Audit

• Covid Test and Trace
