Meet the SAP (CoE) Team leading out on Transformation and Continuous Change, Business Support, New Developments, Business Intelligence, Business Delivery, Technology and Infrastructure and Quality Assurance.

We strive to support the entire HSE SAP community as a customer-centric SAP Centre of Excellence delivering and achieving operational excellence, innovation and standardisation.

The SAP CoE is currently in the process of a major reorganisation and transformation in preparation for taking on the support of the live IFMS solution

The Business Support- SAP HR & Payroll provides first line SAP system user support through SAP HR & Payroll Help Desk.

The New Developments Unit is responsible for implementation of change projects in the SAP HR/Payroll system.

The Business Intelligence Unit maintains and enhances a central repository of HR and Payroll related data for the HSE and certain Voluntary Agencies via an Enterprise Data Warehouse and a Business Objects presentation layer.

The Business Delivery Team – Finance and Procurement is responsible for the maintenance and development of SAP Finance and SAP Procurement.

The Technology and Infrastructure Unit is responsible for all technical aspects of all SAP systems covered under managed service agreement.

The Quality Assurance Unit provides key support to SAP COE functions particularly (but not exclusively) in relation to data protection compliance, testing of system changes, change management, training and administration support.
