Planning and Portfolio Management (PPM) provides a single, structured planning channel for all new ICT projects and programmes within the HSE by working with business sponsored ICT change initiatives, from initial proposal through all stages of approval until there is a fully funded and approved ICT project ready for implementation.

Teams provides a simple and easy to use tool where you  can virtually meet  colleagues, collaborate on documents, and share ideas through the Teams' shared workspace.

The mission of the Technology and Transformation Project Management Office (PMO) is to drive improvement of organisational capabilities and skills to manage and successfully execute change initiatives and to demonstrate measurable gains against industry benchmarks and metrics for project, programme and portfolio management capabilities and maturity.

The Resource Augmentation Services team manage the augmentation of Technology and Transformation functions with temporary resources across a broad range of skillsets.
