Social Care

The Social Care ICT Programme has a team of project support staff currently working on a number of Social Care change projects enabled by ICT.  

Social Care for Older Persons includes InterRAI Ireland Project and the National Home Support Case Management ICT System.

CDNTIMS supports the delivery of the Progressing Disability Services programme (PDS) across our 9 CHOs, and meet our Disability Act (2005) obligations.
