Acute Delivery Overview
Acute Delivery is tasked with developing and managing a strategic and business relationship with Acute Hospital Services Division, support the planning and preparing of ICT strategy and the delivery of a broad portfolio of ICT-enabled change projects/programmes/initiatives within the service area, and working with the business leads/directors in ensuring that business benefits are achieved.
Engagement Leads are assigned to each Hospital Group providing support and guidance, ensuring effective use of centralised Technology and Transformation (formally eHealth) services and an oversight role in progressing locally-delivered ICT Capital funded Technology and Transformation projects.
