CEO of eHealthIreland, CIO of the HSE, Richard Corbridge said
“I am delighted that MN-CMS and the CCIO have been shortlisted by eGovernment awards 2017. 2016 saw MN-CMS go live in its first hospital and this year will see the electronic patient records for mothers & babies rolled out even further. In 2016 the CCIO has grown to over 250 members, had over 30 speaking engagements, and won 2 awards. Both are exciting and essential components in our development of a digital health service and we are honoured that this is recognised. I also want to congratulate the other projects that were nominated 'HSE Sexual Assault Treatment DB’ & Saolta Group 'Who Shares Wins'. Together, all these projects are part of the HSE team and committed to building a better health service”
