eGovernment Awards
The eGovernment award ceremony kicked off on the 26th May 2017 in Dublin
Well done to the Maternal & Newborn Clinical Management System which won the Health & Medical Award. MN-CMS is the implementation of an electronic health record (EHR) for all women and babies in maternity services in Ireland. Winning the award is a great achievement for this programme.
The Council of Clinical Information Officers (CCIO) was shortlisted for the Health & Medical Award. In 2016 the CCIO has grown to over 320 members, had over 30 speaking engagements, and won 2 awards.
The surprise event was an Award for Visionary of the Year which was presented to Richard Corbridge during the night for his commitment and dedication towards a digital health.
Richard Corbridge said:
“I also want to congratulate the other projects that were nominated 'HSE Sexual Assault Treatment DB’ & Saolta Group 'Who Shares Wins'. Together, all these projects are part of the HSE team and committed to building a better health service”
