The main focus of phase 2 of the National eReferral Programme is to increase adoption and integration with the national patient administration system (iPMS).
National Rollout (Phase 1)
Tracks the progress to date of the National eReferral rollout programme and the current deployment schedule.
Increase Adoption (Phase 2)
The number of General eReferrals continues to grow and now represents 31.5% of all referrals for Outpatient services. This reflects the continued adoption by both GPs and Hospitals. In the last three months alone, over 69% of GPs have used eReferrals and to date 85% have used the service at least once.
