The OoCIO Customer Service Experience, Service Desk will be closed 25th, 26th December and 1st January. The Service Desk will be open on the other days throughout the festive session, as usual (9.00 – 17.00) Customer Service Experience, Critical Incident Management Service is contactable via the National Service Desk number 0818 300 300. This service is available 24/7 and includes the 25th, 26th December and 1st January.
